For ideas school students Electronic Makeup. #vmvdlt

Nobumichi Asai has used projection mapping to put CGI onto cars, docks, building and more. His latest canvas? A real, live human face.

Asai used Omote, a combination of real-time face tracking and projection mapping to transform a model's face into mesmerizing patterns. Slash Gear calls it "electronic makeup", but as you will see in the (creepy-ish) video, it goes much, much beyond anything makeup can possibly do. [Slash

Nighttime Control robot in Tate gallery London #vmvwiki

http://afterdark.tate.org.uk/

Four robots designed for late night exploration of Tate Britain’s galleries are guided over the internet by people all over the world. Take control of one of them.

Every few minutes the robots select new operators to drive them around the galleries. To have a chance of being selected, go to the Take Control section of this page. The robots will know you are waiting and they will do their best to take you on ride if your Chrome browser settings and internet connection are compatible.
